What this preview processes

3D House Maker offers browser planning tools and a server-based floor-plan converter. The data used depends on the tool you choose. This page describes the current preview; it will be updated if account, payment, or analytics features are introduced.

Drawing tools and calculators

The floor plan creator, blueprint maker, room layout planner, area calculator, and scale calculator run in your browser. Their drawing data and calculator inputs are not submitted to the conversion server by those tools. Downloaded files are saved through your browser. Unsaved drawing edits can be lost when the tab closes.

The light/dark preference is stored in your browser's local storage. This lets the site remember your chosen appearance. Clearing site data removes that preference.

Floor-plan uploads

When you use the converter, the selected file is uploaded to the application server for processing. The server creates temporary working images, a job record, and geometry output. Uploaded plans are not sent to an external generative-image provider as part of this conversion workflow.

Each project uses a separate access key for its result requests. Keep that key private if you inspect network requests or build your own integration. The preview does not provide a permanent account-based archive of your uploads.

Temporary conversion files are retained for up to 24 hours under the application cleanup process. The delete control requests earlier removal of the project and its working files. Keep your own copy of any source or downloaded result you need.

Administration and technical logs

The restricted administration area uses a session cookie for sign-in. It is not required to use the public drawing tools. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Changes to site content and settings are kept in private application storage with backup copies.

The hosting and delivery infrastructure may process connection information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, and error details for operation and troubleshooting. Avoid placing private information in public URLs or article comments; this preview has no public comment system.

Editorial content and images

Public article drafts may be processed with translation software to create language versions. This editorial translation workflow is separate from visitor floor-plan uploads. Illustrations in articles may be AI-generated and are labelled as concepts.

Optional analytics

The owner can configure additional head code through the administration panel. No analytics provider is enabled by this application by default. If tracking or other third-party services are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated to reflect the actual configuration before they are used.

Your choices

Use only drawings you are entitled to upload. Remove personal names, exact addresses, access details, and unrelated private notes from an upload copy when those details are not needed for conversion. You can delete an active conversion project from its workspace and clear local theme storage through your browser settings.

This preview notice does not create rights to use someone else's plans or authorize uploading confidential material contrary to an existing agreement.
