Using the preview
3D House Maker is a collection of experimental planning and visualization tools. You may use the public tools to explore drawings and measurements you are entitled to use. You are responsible for the content you upload and the decisions you make from a result.
Conceptual outputs
Drawings, calculator results, and extracted 3D walls depend on the supplied inputs and stated assumptions. They are not certified surveys, structural assessments, construction documents, or a confirmation that a design meets local rules. Verify important measurements and obtain appropriate professional advice for building work.
The converter can miss walls, include unrelated shapes, or interpret ambiguous imagery incorrectly. Furniture footprints and overlap notices are simplified planning aids. Inspect outputs before sharing or relying on them.
Files and storage
The browser drawing tools require you to save your own project files. Temporary converter projects are not a permanent storage service and are subject to the retention process described in the privacy notice. Keep independent copies of important files.
Use the supported file types and upload limits. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another user's project, overwhelm the service, or upload content you do not have authority to process.
Ownership and third-party material
Using the tools does not transfer ownership of your original drawings to the site operator. It also does not grant rights to third-party plans, images, furniture designs, or other material that you upload or include in a project. Check the relevant permissions before sharing that material or a derivative output.
The site's editorial text, branding, and illustrations are provided for learning about the tools and planning workflow. Product names mentioned in an article may belong to their respective owners. A reference is not an endorsement or affiliation.
Availability and changes
The preview may change, restart, or be unavailable while work continues. Features and file formats can evolve. Save important results and check the current tool description rather than assuming a previous experiment remains supported indefinitely.
The owner should have these terms reviewed for the business and jurisdictions involved before removing the development noindex setting and launching a commercial service. Nothing in this page is intended to exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
